post-soul retrieval care

Healing is a process, and it requires our active participation. The soul retrieval gives us an opportunity to shapeshift our lives into something different, more meaningful, and more full-hearted. It may help us deal with challenges in a more empowered way, enabling us to move into new understanding of our life purpose.

However, it is only through our own works and efforts that we can fully integrate the gifts we receive through a soul retrieval. If you just received a soul retrieval, please consider the following:

  • Take action. Plan for the future and be patient and flexible.
  • Acknowledge and enjoy the changes you are experiencing.
  • Honor the improvements and progress you have decided to create in your life.
  • Give thought to what is and what is not working in your life, and make choices accordingly.
  • Make an effort to be aware of choices you make on all levels and how they influence your well being.
  • Consider investing in good counseling.
  • Engage in bodywork you might enjoy (for example, massage, reiki, energy work, martial arts, acupuncture, therapy work, homeopathy, naturopathy, etc.).
  • Exercise.
  • Surround yourself with people that support your healing and understand or share your desire to grow.
  • Get to know your Spirit allies and power animals.
    • How do they communicate?
    • What qualities do they represent? How do those qualities manifest in your daily life?
    • Pay attention to what qualities you have abandoned or forgotten - are they courage, strength, hope, self-reliance, or truthfulness?
    • Make an effort to become that which your allies and power animals represent in their highest forms.
  • Work with, try to understand, and embrace the soul parts that returned to you. What ages have returned?
    • What was going on in your life during those ages?
    • What were you like at those ages?
    • Spend some time remembering what gifts they bring forward and what healing they received.
  • Consider returning for a follow-up post-soul retrieval counseling session with Dariusz.

Since you might be dealing with challenges and patterns that took years to develop, you should give plenty of time to experience the full benefits of your healing.

Please contact us if you need more information on the subject or to receive referrals to practitioners that may help in your post-soul retrieval integration process.
